Yes. Newton Second Advisors works in media, information technology,
financial services, and healthcare. And sometimes our strongest value
to our customer is the understanding of an overlap between these.
Can you find me venture capital?
No. We are not bankers, nor professional fundraisers. We do advise on accessing
capital markets, so you can obtain the funding that you need.
But I thought you had a fund?
Newton Second Advisors has a managed portfolio of private equity investments.
We occasionally buy or sell assets from this portfolio. We have also had investment
funds as customers. We do not have a "fund" of other people's money that we manage.
Can you find me potential acquisition targets?
Yes.
I thought you provided IT consulting?
Newton Second Advisors has extensive experience in information technology and
can advise how to best manage your IT assets. We provide extensive investment
analysis, product-line planning, and technical design for IT related initiatives
and projects. We can also provide general contracting or project management services.
How do you get compensated?
There is a monthly retainer based on scope and difficulty. All projects have success-based
compensation associated with them. We occasionally take portions of our fees in
equity or other consideration.
